Lady White Co. accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our Los Angeles studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
